• preferred means of distribution (quarterly Messenger newsletter, bi-monthly email Update, immediate direct email)

• 100 word lead story in editable format such as Word, Publisher, or in body of email

• link to more information if applicable - this could include registration forms for events, and videos

• photos/graphics if available, .jpg or .png format preferred

• contact information in case we have any questions

Submissions should be made to ccmacomm@yahoo.com. We will strive to include as much submitted material as possible but may need to edit or omit in some cases. Submitted information may be forwarded to the appropriate General Church office(s) for wider publication.
