Interim Ministers are Like Eagles! Isaiah 40:31 (Common English Bible) reads in part: “those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength; they will fly up on wings like eagles.”  This comes from the understanding in Isaiah’s time that eagles can indeed renew their strength, molt and grow new feathers.  (Compare Psalm 103:5)
