This continuing education program at Eden Theological Seminary explores the best practices for supporting patients and families at the end of life. Clergy, religious professionals, lay pastoral caregivers, human service providers and students who wish to deepen perspectives and increase skills to help dying persons and their loved ones are welcome to attend. Particular emphasis will be placed on managing sources of conflict that often emerge near life’s end, as well as how to help individuals and families find meaning at that stage of life.
