This camp is for those completing grade 9, 10, 11, or 12 and will be held at Camp Jo-Ota in Clarence, MO. 

Find the registration form here. Completed forms should be sent to your church for forwarding to CCMA Northwest Office, NEOLA, P.O. Box 1, 400 Center St., Lathrop, MO 64465. The fee for this event is $300 before April 20th and $325 after.
