Greeting Disciples Men:

As we look in the mirror and name our goals for the future, have we identified those aspirations for a more meaningful spiritual life?  Have we looked at those elements of toxic masculinity that are preventing us from becoming the man we strive to be?  Are we afraid to exemplify the true strengths of masculinity; showing emotion, being vulnerable and compassionate?

These attributes are hard to live by in today's world, but need to be amplified by men of authenticity.  We all have the choice to make a difference in the world through action; and as I was told from an early age, actions do speak louder than words.
