Many congregations continue to experience the effects of Covid. From lower church attendance to lower involvement and participation to fewer dollars in the collection plate, churches across our region seem to be at various points on the spectrum of concern: anywhere from mild curiosity to full-blown fear; from considering transitioning from full-time to part-time ministry to wondering how long they have before they have to shut the doors.

With the focus of moving from anxiety in ministry to hope and transformation, our Regional Ministry Team is organizing a Zoom call for congregational lay leaders. We had such a wonderful gathering with clergy that we want to offer church lay leaders and opportunity to begin sharing your concerns around the growing fears and anxieties facing us in these times.
